Driving and public transportation directions to the Piedmont.
North:
    Coming from Richmond, Albany, and West Berkeley:
Take Hwy. 80 south, change to 580 east, change to 24 east, take the 51st St. exit, turn right on 51st., go 6 stoplights, turn right on Piedmont Ave., go down 4 blocks, on left side.

        Coming from Central Berkeley:
Take Telegraph Ave. west, turn left on 51st St., go 4 stoplights, turn right on Piedmont Ave., go down 4 blocks, on left side.

West:
       Coming from San Francisco
Cross Bay Bridge, take Hwy. 580 east, change to 24 east, take the 51st St. exit, turn right on 51st St., go 6 stoplights, turn right on Piedmont Ave., go down 4 blocks, on left side.

      
Coming from Alameda:
Go through the tube, continue straight on Harrison St. for 22 blocks, upon going under Hwy. 580 turn left on MacArthur Blvd., go 3 stoplights, turn right on Piedmont Ave., go down 7 blocks, on right side.

        Coming from Downtown Oakland and West Oakland
Take Broadway east, one block before the Hwy. 580 underpass veer right on Piedmont Ave., go down 10 blocks, on right side.

East:
      Coming from Concord, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, etc.
Take Hwy. 24 West through tunnel, take Broadway exit, go 4 stoplights, turn left on Pleasant Valley Blvd., go 2 stoplights, turn right on Piedmont Ave., go down 4 blocks, on left side.

South: 
      Coming from East Oakland, South Oakland, Hayward, Castro Valley, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, and Fremont
Take Hwy. 580 north, take Harrison St. exit, continue straight 4 stoplights, turn right on Piedmont Ave., go down 7 blocks, on right side.

        Coming from Oakland Airport Area:
Take Hwy. 880 north, take Oak St. exit, turn right on Oak St., go 12 blocks, Oak turns into Harrison St., go 8 blocks, upon going under Hwy 580 turn left on MacArthur Blvd., go 3 stoplights, turn right on Piedmont Ave., go down 7 blocks, on right side.

Close:
      Use city streets, we are located 4 blocks south of Broadway and 1 block east of 41st St. at Linda Ave. near Fentons, Kaiser Permanente, and the MacArthur Broadway Shopping Center.

Berkeley-51/58 Get off at Broadway and Ridgeway Ave., cross Broadway, walk 5 blocks to Piedmont Ave. or 17 stops across the street from the theater.
